Hi, I’m Terri Watson!

I am a graduate of La Salle University, National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and Certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I established my in home training business in 2003, and have recently expanded to Zoom training to make accommodations for COVID-19. I do not believe in gimmicks or fad diets and it is my goal to maintain a safe workout environment while providing innovative and proven techniques of diet and exercise to accomplish positive results. In addition to personal training, I partnered with Laurie Waskovich, MS, RD LDN in 2017 to create The Well Nutrition Plan.
